Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital products or downloadable items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thetailoredblueprint.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without authorization.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.
